Yesterday, the Save the Montebello Hills Task Force participated in an Earth Day event sponsored by the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts.
A notice of this event was placed in the Whittier Daily News with this contact information:

Aw shucks Whittier Daily News, I'm mighty grateful for the plug but unfortunately, I didn't write a post about this event so I hope folks weren't too inconvenienced.
